One Pan Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Green Beans
This is a delicious and simple one-pan dinner, using ingredients you can just grab from your fridge and pantry. Perfect for a super-fast weeknight dinner!
Ingredients
Chicken thighs or breast fillets, sliced
One onion, sliced
One clove garlic, minced
One large handful green beans, washed, topped and tailed, and chopped
8-10 pieces sun-dried tomato, sliced
2 teaspoons pomegranate molasses (optional)
8 kalamata olives
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Place all ingredients in a large saucepan
Cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through
