Group wellness coaching is one of the absolute joys of my job!
Embarking - and staying - on a healthy, happy journey through life can be lonely at times, especially if your family, friends or co-workers aren't on the same wavelength as you.
This is where our coaching groups are so valuable: you have the opportunity to be part of your own Healthy Happy tribe - a group of like-minded people who can support and encourage you on your journey to health and happiness.
Group wellness coaching sessions are interactive and fun.
Sessions are designed to help you:

- Assess your current wellbeing across a number of important areas that impact your health and happiness.
- Identify and prioritise changes.
- Embed new, healthier habits.
- Overcome obstacles and stay on track to health and happiness.

Form Your Own Group
Create your own bespoke program!
We are available to run weekly, fortnightly or monthly group wellness coaching sessions at your home, community group or workplace. Program content can be customised according to the needs of your workplace or group, and program length can range from 6-12 modules. We can also run advanced and follow-up programs for graduates of our foundation wellness coaching program.
