Avocado Green Goddess Salad Dressing
This creamy salad dressing has a delightfully tangy hit.
1 Avocado
Juice of two limes
One green onion, sliced
1 tablespoon capers
Optional: one clove garlic
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Serve with salad of your choice - or try it with my Prawn and Mango Celebration Salad!
